Yeah just as the others have said. They cater for all skill levels, you'll get the club runners posting good times at the front but I always feel parkrun is a more social event than a race.
In terms of being busy, there was about 400 at the one I was yesterday (Pollok) but I've been at ones that have been under 100 in Glasgow.
