| Comment | I'm in the same situation. Your factor will tell you that the title deeds for the property require building insurance that covers common areas within the property. This is true, but nothing in the title deeds says that it must be a single insurance policy secured through a property factor.
I'm in the process of taking my factor to the Homeowner Housing Panel over their insistence that i take the building insurance provided by them.
As everything property factor, its a racket. Your property factor wouldn't happen to be Hacking and Paterson would it? I know all property factors are extremely bad, but H&P are a whole other level of bad. |
