I had a PCR test done at the airport and had the results within 3 hours. The nurse was very confident in the speediness of the turnaround and I heard other nurses saying the same to others getting tested.
Obviously no guarantee, but I wouldn't lose any sleep booking a PCR test closer to your departure date/time.
