The insurance broker receives commission from the insurance company for placing the business with them (this is industry standard and the majority of commercial business is placed this way).
I know that the insurance broker used to kick back a portion of this commission to H&P. Between 20-40p of every pound you pay in insurance will be commission.
Not all factors do this. Hacking and Paterson are the worst of all factors. |
