B) even if it was for Scotland it is only a model tenancy agreement, that means it is merely a suggestion and there is no requirement it actually be used for any given tenancy anyway. The whole "landlords will no longer be able to" stuff is just Tory spin to pretend they are actually doing something when a landlord could literally just use a different agreement that continues to ban pets. |
