| Comment | We got ours for valuation a few weeks ago. We bid under and had a few offers back and forth before settling on valuation.
Quite a few homes not moving for weeks where as a few months ago everything was going to closing.
Personally I wouldn't bid over, lots of houses coming to market every day and quite a few being reduced in price. There's a great plugin for chrome that will show you price changes on Rightmove. Name of it escapes me.
