We just bought a flat in Mansewood, moved in about 7 weeks ago. The market was mental at the time we bid on this place but I think we got lucky and only ended up paying 7k over the home report value. We had so many knockbacks, what I would say is to just go straight in with your highest offer because if you start low in the hope that you'll get a bargain, you'll be outbid constantly.
