| Comment | Are we sure that is the case at the moment? Where’s the evidence? Does it depend on the area? I’m not disputing it, just see it get mentioned a lot without the evidence to back it up.
I only have three anecdotal stories. My own and my downstairs neighbour sold recently in Shawlands and neither of us had any landlords look at our flats.
However, my downstairs neighbour sold her second flat in Govanhill and majority of buyers were landlords. |
