| Comment | You should hear a "click" from the thermostat as you turn it up. (Around the temperature that the room is at, this is it switching on the circuit and triggering the heating to turn on)
If you don't hear a click then it's probably knackered. The potential replacement unit sitting there is a good clue that it might be. Changing it over is a pretty simple job. |
