| Comment | Do you actually know whether you need to top up your gas card? Some flats don't get bills but rather pay in advance (in cash in shops) to top up their gas and electricity.
If that's the case, or if there's any issues with the boiler itself, then you won't have hot water (outside of the shower) either so testing the tap in the kitchen is usually the first step in fixing this. If you do have warm water then it could be the thermostat and you need your letting agent.
Also, have you tried just adjust the temperature directly on the radiator? |
