Mercury FM which transmitted from around the Paisley area but got amazing coverage over Glasgow in the summer months. Seriously good shows on there. Station used to get its hands on lot of white label releases long before Radio 1.
Secondly Sub City. *Technically* Sub City ended up being a Glasgow Uni fiefdom due to its funding. but its shows during the summer months when kids were off school were amazing. sort of like what BBC Radio 6 is now. But in 1990. In Glasgow.
