There are still restrictions in place on dental practices and so they’re still stretched so existing patients will get priority - I don’t think many practices will be taking on nhs patients right now due to the way the funding is being done - dentists aren’t paid like the rest of the medical profession and rely on the income from the treatment they carry out and with the nhs funding the way it is a lot of practices are just trying to stay afloat |
