Only replying because it looks no one else has.

Remember to be kind when doing this, they don't have an easy job so being kind will go far.

Some suggestions

When calling nhs helpline ask for the persons full name.

I would ask the person taking the call on the helpline to speak to a manager or line manager etc and say you will stay on the phone until there is a resolution as the situation isn't going anywhere. Or get a reference number.

I have a feeling the contact centre is very basic. Just my opinion from my experience of calling them. They provide a basic service.

2nd recommendation
I would go to the centre you had the vaccine. And pester them (in a nice way) explain the situation. And that this needs to get resolved. They may have a 2nd line contact they can use. Being pleasant and showing patience will go far.

Hopefully you get a better reply from someone soon.

I'm curious did you actually get a letter from the NHS? And all the details are correct?
