I've put down a duvet, bought one of those thick gym mats and even used the padding from my Hello Fresh delivery's, I obviously can't grasp exactly how back it is downstairs, but I can hear my TV over the noise..... I bought a relatively cheap combo a few years back I can afford something a bit more expensive and just a bike (think that's why it's noisy cos it's a cross fit/bike)
