I am inclined to think the problem could be with your account for the web portal which shows the vaccine record to you and not with the underlying data.
If the vaccinator who gave your second dose had the little handheld tablet and could see your record on there then he would have said to you if he did not see your record at all and if it did not show your successful first dose.
I would make an appointment to sit face to face to explain to my GP and ask them to look up my medical record with me sitting there and see if they can see the vaccinations. |
