Running is tough on your hips and since you haven’t been out for a while you’ve probably just bruised/tweaked soft tissue.

Take an ibuprofen (if you can) do some light stretching focusing on hip flexors, hamstrings, groin and piriformis/buttocks. The yoga pose ‘down dog’ is excellent for loosening up your whole system. Take it handy and stop if it’s painful.
