| Comment | while I agree that AC are shit generally and I wouldn't touch them for a car that's relatively new/expensive, 2 of my cars have been ones that I've bought off AC at a really good price because they basically wanted them off their forecourt (ie they were trade-ins too low value for the space they were taking up)
so if you're looking for a cheap first car, and just want to buy something outright rather than finance, you can actually do alright from them
same applies to most dealers - just look out for trade-ins they want to shift and you might find they'll take any reasonable offer just to be rid of it |
