Hi! I really never got the whole “yoga” thing, didn’t understand how to stay present and just focus on myself, until last year on lockdown. I watched Yoga with Adrienne on YouTube and absolutely loved it. I did a whole 30 days playlist and although it may not be for everyone, I really liked her approach. It’s also a good introduction, since I did it alone in my own home, so there was no pressure to do it “the right way”! Once I fell in love with it I started to see where to practice yoga with a teacher to really know “how”. You can try some videos just to see if you can stick with it :) and also, no need for “flexibility”- as she says, the most important part is just showing up! I loved seeing the (little) improvements over time :)
