I've seen small tubs for something like 10£ in Oaka near Strathclyde. Don't have it often myself, so I'm not sure if it's up to your standards, but I'll monitor this thread.
There is also Tchai-Ovna close to Kelvinbridge. They have a lot of quality teas from all around, would be surprised they don't have some.
