| Comment | What do you mean by 'register'? If you're looking to study or use the archives you'll need to book an appointment. Their opening hours are horrendous at the moment. I believe it's only 11:00 - 16:00 and only Tuesday through Saturday. If you're just checking out books, no need to email or phone for appointment, but the hours still apply.
