I think once you have a Glasgow Libraries card you should be able to use it in any city library to borrow books and use their services (not 100% sure since Ive moved to another council area but fairly sure) so go nuts! Also, if you haven't been to The Mitchell before, it's still well worth checking out. Good luck!
