Comment	As I said in a previous comment I wouldn’t call an elderly person out for it. It annoys me on a number of levels mostly based on I don’t think those are respectful terms to call an adult man. I feel they are terms to describe women or small children. I’m not their hen / doll / pet / darling. I would accept sir / bro / bud / pal / son.
