OP isn't denying anyone the right to work. OP is considering reporting them to their employer or regulatory body who will decide if they're in breach of their duty of care, and they may subsequently decided that they're not suitable for the job that they're doing. And rightly so. The cleaner can go and clean all the anti vaxxers houses they want.
