After getting full vaccination, your ability to spread will decrease - and that decrease will be in the range between 0 and 100%. It won't be 0% or 100% but somewhere in between, we don't know what the number is exactly because the studies on this are still running, however if you look at high vaccination rate countries like Israel now, I'd like to think it's closer to 0 than 100.
