I'm sure I remember reading a comment about an actual hawk guy who deals with seagulls here. Someone linked his site on a post about a guys neighbour they called the seagull man thats caused a bunch of shite at their flats by throwing rubbish in the neighbouring flats back and the bastards waking everyone up by diving for it.
