Train is the best option as someone pointed out that London is first so and Glasgow is last. No one will be checking the weight and size of bags, but you need to be able to carry them yourself. I'm sure an employee can help you, but you'll need to figure out if you want to take a taxi, the subway, or another train to get to the west end once you arrive in Glasgow.
