And there you go, you've countered your own point with the last part of your statement. There are areas where gaelic is still used daily but the numbers of speakers living there are in decline with no sign of it improving. Besides that, to attempt to restrict people from buying property in certain areas because they don't speak a language is never, ever going to get off the ground. It's absolute fantasy.
