People have listed some great resources already, as someone who's been through the process though i wanna be honest. There are amazing charities and free services out there that offer support and can teach you incredibly helpful coping mechanisms that make it easier to get through day-to-day life. If you want some real in depth therapy though to sort your issues out and really understand and improve your mental health long term, you'll probably have to go private. That is expensive yes, obviously I dont know what your situation is so I don't want to make any assumptions, but if you have family that might be able to help you out, dont hesitate to take whatever you can get and don't be too proud to accept help. I can safely say my year of therapy was the best thing I've ever spent money on, even if it ate up almost all of my disposable income, I'm so incredibly grateful that I was able to do it
