| Comment | Not much that can be done, in a similar position to yourself regarding the second hand smoke drifting into my space. They aren't breaking any laws, your options really are either lift up your flooring and tighten the gaps to stop it getting through so much (pretty expensive and time consuming) or I bought an air purifier at the beginning of the year which has helped a little (probably could have got a bigger/more powerful one, maybe in the future). |
