| Comment | I think your best bet would be to stay in an Airbnb for the first couple of months until you find something. As others will no doubt confirm, securing a flat when you’re not here is near impossible.
Also try to be more flexible about location: everybody wants to be in the West End and Southside but parts of the East End are perfectly fine and a lot cheaper. Glasgow is actually small and very walkable, especially when compared to most US cities, so you can get around on foot easily.
