Most of my cycle route they've just marked the pavement as dual use for cyclists which honestly I appreciate, but I just wish they'd actually treat it like a cycle route and move the street furniture a bit. There's one spot where the pavement narrows and you have to negotiate a bus shelter and a signpost with barely enough room for your handlebars.
