2 negative points:
I'd say they're a low grade low cost carrier. Open reach infrastructure so that's cool. But they still pray on poor people. If you're someone who might struggle to pay their bill sometimes. My normal charge is like £20 a month and a missed payment is £40. They are pretty ruthless about it all and cutting out your service. Definitely make a bunch of their money from late fees and really draining those poor people dry.
Point 2 is just that the free BT Open WiFi is really good and im with talk talk now but for the next contract gonna go BT, if I'm gonna be on openreach for roughly the same price anyway, might as well get free WiFi around the country incase I need it. |
