| Comment | The customer service is awful, genuinely the worst CS of any company I've e dealt with. If there's any problem you'll be on the chat for hours to not get it fixed, I've spoken to them on the phone the call center is so loud you can't hear the agent on a Couple of occasions where I had to hang up and try again because I couldnt understand what the person was saying. I'd avoid them maybe try plus net you might still get line issues but their customer service actually exists. |
