| Comment | Also the food in Glasgow is great, you’ll find everything and there’s an Indian restaurant in every little Main Street. There’s a great art and music scene too. The shopping is great. It’s smaller and more convenient than London. In terms of safety... Yeah there’s loonies that you don’t want to bump into in a dark alley but so has every city. I could be wrong but I feel like you’re more likely to be mugged in London, Glaswegians fight for the fun of it and not to steal your phone or wallet. Everyone’s experience is different but I think making friends will not be a problem. I lived in Glashow for 10 years, moved there for uni from the island and now live in Canada but I’m still good friends with the friends I made 20 years later. |
