That is the single example I could think of too. I think you must have had quite bad luck in London food-wise, since you haven't even mentioned the African or South American food cultures. If you just want pizza made to Italian recipes, then there are obviously popular/trendy options for that here, but overall the selection, and affordability, or incredible food all across London puts Glasgow to shame, and now I'm picturing a group of Glaswegians wandering around trying to find something exactly like Paesano and walking past all the shops and stalls selling the good stuff. You could spend a week in Brixton and not have a meal from the same country twice.
