He's a prick, but also a terrible line manager, and the two feed off one another.
My point is not that I'm about to dob him in, because there's little substance there anyway, but it has encouraged me that I should tell more folk these things.
I get the point though - would I be happy as Larry if things were great - and the answer's not really, because the culture has always been terrible, and the question is when to move on. |
