Other time I apparently didn't pay 20p to stay in a car park in East Side of Glasgow (you have to put in your reg, I may have misspelt it but they don't care) and the idiots wanted £170.
Don't be nice with them, these companies prey off elderly and unaware people. That's how they make money. Go online and search for forums, or post up on reddit "legal advice UK", but please search for it as someone may have already posted.
Remember if they take you to court it's costs them £100s and often not worth it.
