Dunno why you're getting downvoted for this, it's the only true answer in the thread.
Guy at my work (I work at Skypark) used the LIDL car park across the road daily, got taken to court and lost. Granted he had been doing it daily for months but the company can take you to court.
If it's just the one though I doubt they'll go after you with all guns blazing.
