As someone who answers this exact question at work several times a day, I’d rather people do this 😂 If the username or password doesn’t work/can't be resent and your info held by NHS is all otherwise up-to-date with your GP then you’re basically humped unless the vaccine status line can sort it out or send your certificate manually (0808 196 8565)
