Sounds like are probably in different groups then, would be very interesting to know if it's predominantly moving back, or moving from for example ayrshire vs the RUK or internationals.
But all the same, I am happy if I am wrong as I wish the city only the best and an influx of new residents (particularly to the centre) seems sorely needed.
