Comment	In the last month i’ve been down in London, Bristol, Manchester and Leeds with work, similar amount of junkies and alchys about I thought. But, Glasgow takes the biscuit in terms of the level of mess and run down buildings etc. It’s an issue that can be fairly simply mitigated surely?
