If you DM me i can share the Strava link for you, it was all on country b-roads. The route was planned out by the charity so not one I would have taken myself. If you attempt it, use the Forth and Clyde canal instead from Spiers Wharf and then go onto the Union Canal when you reach the Falkirk Wheel. This route is much much better and easier.
