| Comment | This point honestly fustrates me so much, there are a lots of very complicated points to be made about how we can change house prices etc.
But to start ... just fix home report valuations ... if everyone is offering 20% over the valuation then the valuation is wrong! This tiny very logical change will open the house market to a huge amount more people, in particular those people without rich parents to gift them 5 figures. |
