FWIW, another vote for Cala and adding Stewart Milne and Robertson in to the mix of good builders. I currently work for one of them and have worked for another in the past, and have a Stewart Milne home which is flawless.
Not heard great things about Permission either. Taylor Wimpey it seems to depend on site and management, same with Bellway.
