Keep laying traps with good bait like others have said.

I’m afraid if you are seeing one, there will be more.

Keep laying traps until a week passes with no activations.

Glue boards are also good, lay them down once you establish routes. But means you have to put mouse out if it’s misery, however they are very effective.

Make sure all your food sources are in sealed and secure places. Important you take away food sources so that louse goes for trap.

If all else fails you can try poison, put it in a sandwich bag & jam into mouse entry point. It will stink when mouse dies and then flies for a few days.

Clear away any clutter or stuff lying around so it has less places to hide and less sources of nesting materials.

Get a tapo c200 camera, it’s cheap and you can monitor via IR / day time . It’s pretty sensitive.


Once eliminated, use steel mesh and plaster / cement to plug entry points.

Give the house a clean with disinfectant.
