I think [this NHS Inform page](https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/testing/regular-rapid-coronavirus-tests-if-you-do-not-have-symptoms/) is the source of the advice, but I keep seeing targetted social media ads from NHS/gov with the same advice.
