| Comment | Would you consider cycling? If so, Knightswood could be a possibility - it's mostly houses/cottage flats with gardens and you can get to the city centre in 15/20 mins. The roads would be dead at 5.30am, and with appropriate gear you could cycle year round (or get a moped for the worst days). I cycled much further every day for about 3 years, and it was fine.
Most of the districts close to the city centre are primarily tenements and high rise flats. |
