Used to live down there and I've done it plenty, my record time was 4hr 15m from Glasgow to Westminster. Moved my stuff out of London last year mid pandemic and did the drive down, carted my remaining stuff from a 4 up to the car and the drive back in one go. Was definitely shattered after that one!
