Things have changed, vulnerable people are vaccinated, risk is still there but to a certain extent mitigated. Schools going back with a lack of controls which I hear from teachers is more of an issue than an outdoor concert. Edit anyways judging by the buckfast bottles kicking about around Glasgow green at the mo I think this is not a great environment for the virus to thrive |
