If you have transport there is often more on the outskirts. I had alerts for EK, Polmadie, Motherwell (that one included transport). Also, drop CVs off at the likes of B&M, Homebargains, Poundstretcher etc, they don't like paying agencies so there's a good chance to get a job, but usually they require a lot of flexibility.
